Motte Manor has been designed with luxury at its core. Each detail was carefully considered to maximise each space creating opulence and indulgence without the gluttony. Often less is more and when a detail is included it has a powerful affect on how a space feels and works.

A wine wall was installed in the entrance with a glass partition allowing light to flow from the dining room into the entrance and opening open a usually cramped feel.

Coffer ceilings throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms add those little touches with lighting that washes without glare.

The kitchen island with its waterfall worktops create seamless connections from the floors through to the units.

Custom bar adjacent to the media wall creates a space mimicked through to the ceiling with matching coffers. These details replicate the floor spaces onto the ceiling creating purpose and direction. The feeling is calming and powerful all at the same time.

UFH to all floors provide effective, cost efficient and seamless ambience through the property, removing radiators from the eye line and making the house comfortable.
